Dine in Wicklow in the Glenview Hotel for an authentic Irish food experience in an exquisite setting, served by culinary professionals where our cuisine follows the classic principle; source the freshest of quality ingredients locally and cooked to perfection. Our Executive Chef, Sandeep describes his cooking as “Creative Cuisine, Classically Influenced”, using the best of produce from local Wicklow suppliers and from artisan food producers to create a truly fine Irish dining experience. We are committed to sustainability and grow a range of herbs and vegetables in the hotel gardens with our hotel forager providing us with wonderful fresh ingredients. Our menus also feature a selection of fresh breads and pastries made by the hotel’s bakery team.

The Glenview Hotel offers a selection of dining options allowing residents and non-residents to choose from a more formal offering to a casual dining Wicklow experience as well as some intimate dining options, no matter what the occasion, at the Glenview it is always special. We are committed to prioritising the core indigenous ingredients of Irish cuisine and promoting local and artisan food producers.
