Step back in time for a glittering evening of nostalgia, music and dancing at the Glenview Hotel. The Eugene McCarthy Showband Christmas Special features an exceptional eight-piece live band led by renowned musical director Eugene McCarthy, with Karen Black of the iconic Nevada Showband and introducing Brian Grace.
Throughout his celebrated career, Eugene has served as Musical Director to Dickie Rock and Red Hurley. He has also presented nostalgic showband productions featuring legendary performers including Brendan Boyyer, Paddy Cole, Sonny Knowles, Shaun O’Dowd, Sean Dunphy, Sandie Kelly and Tony Kenny.
Your evening begins with a sumptuous three-course dinner in our beautiful Woodlands Restaurant from 5.30pm, followed by an unforgettable night of timeless hits and dancing in the Glenview Suite. Relive the golden era of Irish showbands—where the music never stops, the dancefloor never empties and the memories last a lifetime.
