Our 2 AA Rosette-winning Woodlands Restaurant is situated on the first floor of the hotel and is home to breathtaking panoramic views of our beautifully manicured gardens and the majestic Glen of the Downs.
Dining in the Woodlands Restaurant is truly an enjoyable gastronomic experience. The team have won numerous accolades over the years for their exquisite dining, attention to detail and impeccable service.
Each season our Head Chef, Sandeep Pandey, and his team, bring you sumptuous dishes that reflect the season with the freshest, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
Within the kitchen itself, teams pride themselves on using all locally sourced ingredients. Our Irish beef, Irish lamb, Irish chicken, and Irish pork are sourced from Frank Doyle’s, Craft Butcher. Our pea shoots, sakura cress and baby leaves come from Bulfrod Farm, Kilcoole. Our potatoes, cabbage, fruits and berries are from Cullens Fruit & Veg, Wexford. All Irish cod, Irish hake, Irish crab meat, Irish monkfish, Baily & Kish smoked salmon & smoked mackerel (Howth) are purchased from Kish Fish, Dublin, and all our Irish dairy products are sourced from Glanbia.
