Swimming Pool

The Glenview Health and Leisure Club boasts a beautiful 18 metre indoor heated pool and offers tranquillity in the heart of the Wicklow countryside. Relax after a hard day in work or unwind with the kids during a family break. Our pool is 1.35 metres deep throughout and is suitable for all levels of swimmers. The dimmed lighting at the pool creates a relaxing escape from the real world, you can also enjoy our Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and outdoor hot tub to really make the most of your relaxation time.

One to one private swimming instruction is also available with our qualified and experienced swimming instructor. Whether you are a complete beginner or you are looking to work on your technique we can develop a programme to suit you.

Family Swimming at the Glenview

Family fitness is increasingly becoming an issue for many people these days. Long periods studying or playing computer games means that many kids are unhealthy and unfit. For kids, It is recommended they should be doing physical activity at least once a day and swimming is a great exercise for kids as well as being an important life skill. It is also a good way to enjoy some “Family Time” with busy parents.

To help keep kids motivated to enjoy swimming we have our “Fun hours” on a Friday between 4pm and 5pm and on Sundays between 10am and 11am where we have music in the pool area and we play with a range of pool toys including a floating fun bridge, giant rafts and rings.
