HOTEL MANAGER
We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Manager. The successful candidate will assist the Director of Hospitality with Operations and deliver standards to ensure all aspects of the customer service journey are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively empower & lead departmental staff to achieve monthly performance targets
- Team management.
- Support senior and department managers in maximising sales, implementing upselling and driving profitability.
- Provide consultative support to Financial Control, Maintenance & Sales Department.
- Support department managers in delivering effective operations, wage budget control rostering, and recorded training.
- Responsible for implementation of hotel budgets in the absence of the Director
- Manage Food & Beverage and Conference & Banqueting facilities

FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
We are looking for an ambitious, career-minded individual who shares our passion for delivering the highest customer service standards. A vacancy has arisen for a F&B Supervisor position.
The purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the F&B departments in line with company policy and procedures. Ensuring guest needs are anticipated and sales maximised.
Main Responsibilities
- To ensure customers’ needs are anticipated and satisfied to the highest standards.
- To handle guest complaints in a professional and helpful manner.
- To promote a helpful and professional image to guests.
- To ensure all customer accounts are settled in full in an accurate and timely manner.
- To become and remain familiar with the operation of the F&B computer system.
- To motivate staff and develop their ability to anticipate customer needs.
- To develop, maintain and implement appropriate recorded training for the F&B team.

BREAKFAST CHEF
Fixed working hours 6.30a.m – 1.30p.m.
5 days over 7 days
Responsibilities include:
- Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will be working in a busy 4* Hotel environment.
- You will hold responsibilities in our three kitchen operations (restaurant, bar/bistro and banqueting).
- The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications.
- Potential for development and promotion is high – proven internal training, development, and promotion programme in place.
KITCHEN PORTER
Variable hours contract 5 days over 7 days
No experience is necessary – we will train you
Key requirements:
- Hotel/Restaurant similar experience an advantage.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure hygiene of kitchen to the standards set out by the Company and in accordance with the Department of Health requirements.
- Cleaning, tidying.
LINEN PORTER
We offer flexible shifts both part-time & full-time hours
Key requirements:
- Required to clean Hotel Rooms and Public areas to a 4* standard
- To stock all linen stores with fresh linen.
- To count all rejected linen at the end of the shift.
- To ensure a high standard of tidiness and cleanliness in accommodation storerooms and fire exit corridors/stairs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task

NIGHT PORTER
Variable hours contract
39 hours per week 5 days over 7 days
Key Requirements;
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar style establishment.
- Available for immediate start.
- Bar Experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Opera is an advantage.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work shifts.
- Fluent English & excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Resident’s bar.
- Preparation of meeting rooms.
- Building security.
GENERAL OPERATIVE/GARDEN MAINTENANCE
Variable hours contract 5 days over 7, weekend availability
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a General Operative to work in our Maintenance Department.
Main Responsibilities
- To assist with all day to day maintenance operations across the hotel
- To carry out painting, decorating, cleaning and maintenance work as required
- To be responsible for the upkeep of the Yard
- To set up and stock bottles in Bar
- To remove store & stack empty bottles neatly in the yard
- To carry out garden duties
- To carry out any reasonable requests by Management
The ideal candidate would
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to work on own initiative
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Possess a hands-on attitude to work
- Be eligible to work in Ireland full-time hours without restriction. Please note this position is not suitable for candidates subject to visa restrictions
BEAUTY THERAPIST
Variable hours contract
We are looking for a beauty therapist required to work hours as per business needs in The Haven, our Beauty & Therapy Rooms.
The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests/members and ensuring they receive a professional, luxurious beauty treatment.
- To maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the therapy room.
- To constantly endeavour to provide a high standard of customer service and to drive to improve the customer’s experience.
- Treatments include body treatments, massage (essential), facials, makeup, nails, waxing, tinting, eyebrow shaping etc.
- The successful candidate will have a recognised qualification – experience of Dermalogica Skincare System is an advantage.
