What do I do now?
Congratulations on your engagement! What an exciting time! Why not call our Wedding team to schedule a showaround and run through an outline for your big day. Let our expert coordinators guide you through the journey of create your special day.
What is the minimum number of guests?
We have a minimum number requirement of 100 guests for weddings held on Fridays and Saturdays. All of our packages also require a minimum number of 100 guests. For midweek weddings, please contact us directly on weddings@glenviewhotel.com
What is the maximum number of guests you can cater for?
Our Glenview is the largest of our banqueting spaces and can hold upto 135 people in a ballroom style.
Do you cater for civil ceremonies?
Yes – We are fully licensed to host civil ceremonies and civil partnerships, both indoor and outdoor (weather dependant). We have a number of beautiful wedding ceremony options available for you. You can view these here.
What dietary requirements can you cater for?
Our Wedding Menus can be adapted to cater for your guests dietary requirements. This leaves you free to choose your preferred dishes safe in the knowledge that all your guests will be served a stunning meal.
Can we help you organise suppliers?
We do not organise suppliers for you. However, we do have a recommended suppliers list which we are happy to share with our couples.
What are our bar closing times in the Glenview Suite?
All of our wedding packages include a late bar facility until 2 am for all guests attending the wedding*.
Do we offer reduced accommodation rates for wedding guests?
Yes. Each of our Wedding packages includes 15 bedrooms at a reduced rate for your guests.
