What do I do now?
Congratulations on your engagement! What an exciting time! Why not call our Wedding team to schedule a show around and run through an outline for your big day. Let our expert coordinators guide you through the journey of creating your special day.
What are the minimum number of guests?
We have a minimum number requirement of 100 guests for weddings held on Fridays and Saturdays.
All of our packages also require a minimum number of 80 to 100 guests. For midweek weddings, please contact us directly on weddings@glenviewhotel.com
What is the maximum number of guests you can cater for?
The Glenview Suite is the largest of our banqueting spaces and can hold up to 140 people in a banquet style.
Do you cater for civil ceremonies?
Yes – We are fully licensed to host civil ceremonies and civil partnerships, both indoor and outdoor (weather dependent). We have a couple of beautiful wedding ceremony options available for you.

What dietary requirements can you cater to?
Our Wedding Menus can be adapted to cater to your guests’ dietary requirements. This leaves you free to choose your preferred dishes safe in the knowledge that all of your guests will be served a stunning meal.
Can we help you organise suppliers?
We do not organise suppliers for you. However, we do have a recommended suppliers list which we are happy to share with our couples.
What are our bar closing times in the Glenview Suite?
All of our wedding packages include a late bar facility until 2 am for all guests attending the wedding.
Do we offer reduced accommodation rates for wedding guests?
Yes. Each of our Wedding packages includes 15 bedrooms at a reduced rate for your guests.
